Controlled from our centralised service office, our team of experienced service engineers are available to offer impartial advice on battery and charger problems, and where required, to effect on-site repairs.

Our engineers carry a comprehensive range of spares on their vans and we aim resolve 90% of battery or charger faults on the first visit to site.

IBCS hold a large number of service cells in stock to offer a cost effective repair to older batteries.

IBCS provide a topping up contract service which can include route maintenance on request.
